Information we collect
When you request pricing, book service, contact us, or manage your account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, community, service address, postal code, selected plan, number of dogs, requested service date, chosen add-ons, messages, and service history.
Stripe collects and processes your card and billing-address information. Pooudini does not receive or store your complete card number.
Why we collect it
We use customer information to provide quotes, confirm route availability, schedule and perform service, process recurring billing, send service and payment communications, provide customer support, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate Pooudini, including Stripe for secure payment processing and customer billing. Those providers handle information under their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect customers, Pooudini, or the public.
Consent and your choices
By providing information for a quote or booking, you consent to its use for that purpose. Optional marketing communications require a separate choice where applicable. You may withdraw consent for optional uses or ask us to stop promotional contact at any time.
Retention and protection
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably required for service, customer support, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, and business-record purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may ask to access or correct personal information Pooudini holds about you. You may also request deletion, subject to information we must retain for legal, accounting, dispute, or legitimate business purposes.
Website information
Our hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and security logs. We do not use this website for third-party behavioural advertising unless we tell you and obtain any required consent.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
We use Meta Pixel and server-side conversion reporting only with your optional advertising-tracking consent. They help measure the effectiveness of our Facebook ads and personalize advertising. You can decline and still view prices, request service, and book.
With permission, Meta may receive page activity, browser and advertising-click identifiers, browser type, completed booking information, and the amount and currency of your first paid recurring-service invoice. For matching, email addresses and phone numbers are normalized and converted to SHA-256 hashes before being sent from our server. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We do not send card details, service addresses, postal codes, or service messages through this integration.
The website pixel may also disclose your IP address to Meta when your browser connects to Meta. Server-side reporting does not separately send your IP address. Meta may process information outside Canada and use it under its own Privacy Policy.
Use Privacy choices on this site to allow or decline tracking. Your preference is remembered for up to 180 days. Declining stops optional website tracking and prevents future server events linked to that consent from being sent. If you clear your cookies, change devices, or want us to withdraw consent for an earlier booking, contact contact@pooudini.ca. Withdrawal does not recall information already sent to Meta. Advertising matching records expire after 180 days; billing and service records have the separate retention purposes described above.
