Terms of service

Service agreement
These terms apply to Pooudini pet-waste-removal services. The plan, number of dogs, visit frequency, requested start date, recurring price, and included offers shown during booking form part of your agreement. All website prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Recurring billing authorization
When you complete secure Stripe checkout, you authorize Pooudini to save your payment method and charge the recurring amount and frequency displayed during booking, beginning on the displayed first-billing date and continuing until you cancel. Nothing is charged at signup unless the checkout page expressly shows an amount due today.
Failed or declined payments may be retried through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Invoices, receipts, and payment-method changes are available through My Account.
Requested dates and route scheduling
The date selected during booking is your requested first service date. Pooudini may contact you to confirm or adjust the regular service day based on neighbourhood routes, weather, holidays, staffing, or operational needs. We will communicate material scheduling changes. Twice-weekly bookings show both requested first-week dates.
Property access and safety
You are responsible for providing safe access to the agreed service area, keeping gates accessible as arranged, identifying hazards, and keeping pets safely indoors during service unless Pooudini agrees otherwise. If we cannot safely access or service the property, we will contact you about the next step.
Initial cleanup and unusual conditions
A property with significant existing accumulation may require an Initial Yard Reset before recurring service begins. Any price different from the amount displayed during booking will be explained and agreed with you before additional work starts.
Yard Fresh Magic
Yard Fresh Magic is an outdoor deodorizing treatment for compatible yard surfaces with a regular value of $12 per visit. Customers who complete a qualifying new recurring-service booking before the weekly promotional countdown ends receive Yard Fresh Magic at no extra cost on every eligible scheduled visit for as long as that recurring service remains continuously active. This continuing no-charge inclusion is what the website calls “FREE for life.” The offer is tied to the original qualifying service, is not redeemable for cash, and may not carry over after cancellation or to a different account or property. Application remains subject to weather, water access, safety, and surface conditions.
Cancellation and account changes
You may cancel recurring service or update your payment method through My Account, or by contacting Pooudini. Cancellation applies to future service after it is processed; amounts properly due for completed service remain payable. We do not charge a cancellation fee unless one is clearly disclosed and agreed in advance.
Service communications
You agree that Pooudini and Stripe may send transactional emails or messages reasonably required for booking, route confirmation, service updates, payment receipts, failed-payment notices, account access, or cancellation. Promotional messages are handled separately where consent is required.
Reasonable service limitations
Pooudini will provide services with reasonable care. Results can vary with yard conditions, access, weather, visibility, and information provided by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
Privacy and changes
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms for future bookings. Material changes affecting an active recurring arrangement will be communicated where required.
