No. Once service begins, your home is placed on a regular neighbourhood route day. As long as we can safely access the agreed yard area, you can carry on with your day while we work our magic.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, please keep pets indoors while your Pooudini yard magician is working and make sure the agreed access gate is unlocked.

We methodically sweep the accessible pet areas, double-check our work, securely bag and take the collected waste away, close and secure your gate, then send you a completion text with a photo.

If your yard has significant existing buildup before recurring service begins, we start with a one-time Initial Yard Reset from $79. The final price depends on accumulation, yard size, accessibility, and number of dogs. If the price needs to change from the starting rate, we confirm it with you before work begins. After the reset, your normal recurring price takes over.

Yard Fresh Magic is our outdoor deodorizing treatment for compatible yard surfaces. Its regular price is $12 per visit; customers who book recurring service by the end of this week receive it FREE on every eligible visit for as long as their recurring service remains active. It helps neutralize lingering organic pet odors, is not advertised as a disinfectant or sanitizer, and availability may depend on weather, water access, and surface conditions.

If we missed something during a completed service, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right. The promise applies to the accessible areas included in your scheduled service.

Edmonton weather can be dramatic. If conditions make a visit unsafe or the yard inaccessible, we will contact you and arrange service as soon as conditions and route scheduling reasonably allow.

Yes. Pick the rhythm that fits your yard and household. We also quote one-time or seasonal cleanups, large or unusual properties, commercial service, and homes with more than five dogs.

When a household you refer starts recurring Pooudini service, you receive a $24 credit toward future service. For customers who prefer to prepay, standard recurring visits are 5% off for six months prepaid or 10% off for twelve months prepaid. If you cancel a prepaid plan, completed visits are recalculated at the normal rate that applied when you purchased and the remaining prepaid balance is refunded. Yard Resets, add-ons, custom work, taxes, and referral credits are excluded from prepaid discounts.

Yes. We serve Edmonton plus Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc/Nisku, Beaumont, Devon, Fort Saskatchewan, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain, subject to route availability. Call or text us and we’ll check your address.
